Products purchased through SALPHIE may be shipped directly by the marketplace seller, from a seller facility, warehouse or third-party fulfillment facility.

Because SALPHIE works with independent sellers, shipping times, shipping methods and shipping costs may vary from one product to another.

The applicable shipping information will be displayed during the purchasing process whenever available.

Unless otherwise stated, the marketplace seller is responsible for preparing and shipping the merchandise purchased through SALPHIE.

The seller is responsible for providing accurate product, inventory and shipping information.

SALPHIE may assist customers and sellers in resolving shipping-related issues.

If an order contains products from different sellers, products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Any delivery dates or delivery estimates provided by SALPHIE or a marketplace seller are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, inventory issues or other circumstances beyond SALPHIE's reasonable control.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Some products may qualify for free shipping based on the promotional terms displayed on SALPHIE.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders.

Where available, customers will receive tracking information once the seller or carrier provides it to SALPHIE.

If a package arrives damaged, is lost or appears to be missing, customers should contact SALPHIE as soon as reasonably possible.

SALPHIE may coordinate with the marketplace seller and the applicable carrier to investigate the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges or other costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

SALPHIE may offer international shipping for selected products.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.

Marketplace sellers remain responsible for properly packaging and dispatching the merchandise they sell through SALPHIE and for complying with applicable shipping requirements.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
